Position Overview: 

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in strategic marketing, digital branding, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market footprint, building a strong brand presence, and generating qualified leads through integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Development: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, especially with decision-makers in tech and enterprise sectors.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Track market trends and competitor intelligence to drive strategic decisions.

Marketing Strategy & Execution: 

  • Develop and implement the company’s integrated marketing plan.
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Design lead generation and nurture funnels in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Define KPIs and measure campaign performance across digital channels.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing ROI.

Branding & Positioning: 

  • Define and evolve the brand identity and voice across platforms.
  • Lead rebranding, positioning, and messaging efforts as the company scales.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, from website to sales decks to PR.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry events.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: 

  • Manage and mentor a small but growing marketing and business development team.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to align growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or branding, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of generating business opportunities and scaling brand presence.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in scaling tech startups or launching new digital products in global markets.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing, growth hacking, and modern MarTech stacks.
