Role Overview:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment and a deep understanding of startup culture and hiring dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer roll-out.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and schedule interviews with relevant teams.
- Handle negotiations, offers, and onboarding formalities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Provide consultative support to improve hiring strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Process & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics like pipeline progress, offer acceptance rate, and time-to-fill.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand through social media and engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and other channels.
- Experience hiring for roles like software engineers, QA, DevOps, product managers, and business analysts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software .
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in scaling tech teams within startups or fast-growth companies.
- Understanding of employment laws and basic HR practices.
