We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate projects involving Data and AI within our SAFe Agile framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices, particularly SAFe, and extensive experience managing complex database projects. As the RTE, you will oversee the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Program Coordination:

• Guide the Agile Release Train (ART) for the data and AI based projects, ensuring effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, setting objectives, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the execution of PI plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and prioritize the program backlog, coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Agile Coaching:

• Promote and implement SAFe Agile practices within the ART, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and values.
• Provide coaching and support to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to enhance their Agile capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing feedback.

Communication and Reporting:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and performance.
• Generate and present reports on ART performance, including velocity, quality, and progress toward PI objectives.

Risk Management:

• Identify and address impediments, risks, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
• Facilitate resolution of issues across teams and stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure project success.

Technical Coordination:

• Understand the technical aspects of the data and AI projects, including architecture, modelling, performance, and integration with other systems.
• Coordinate integration efforts, ensuring alignment between data  and AI development and other project components.

Resource Management:

• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and ensure effective delivery.
• Support the development and training of team members in Agile and data – related skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud database platforms and data integration tools.
• Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Rally).  

Certifications Preferred:

• Preferred: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
• Relevant certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist).

Scrum Manager:

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead our  Data and AI projects, driving Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative data solutions and AI applications.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. As the Scrum Manager, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably with a focus on data or AI projects.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering complex data based, machine learning, or AI projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning with business goals and project requirements.
• Monitor and report on team progress, sprint performance, and project milestones, identifying and addressing impediments to ensure timely delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating retrospectives, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that data and AI solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and team assignments to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide insights and guidance on data and AI technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration of different data components with existing systems and platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance practices, including testing, validation, and performance optimization of data and AI solutions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, technical solutions, and project artifacts.
• Foster effective collaboration between data scientists, engineers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, data methodologies, and AI technologies, supporting their professional growth.
• Identify and facilitate training opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in Agile and technical domains.
