Automios is a dynamic IT company committed to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal counsel, ensure compliance, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal guidance on all aspects of the company’s operations, including corporate, contractual, employment, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (e.g., client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements).

Ensure compliance with IT regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.

Advise on intellectual property (IP) matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Manage legal aspects of fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Represent the company in dispute resolutions and legal proceedings.

Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Develop and implement internal policies to mitigate legal risks.

Stay updated with industry regulations and legal trends affecting IT companies.

Provide legal support for employment law, compliance, and company governance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.

5+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

Strong understanding of contract law, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and IT compliance requirements.

Experience with intellectual property management and technology licensing agreements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with startup environments and venture capital processes is an advantage.
