Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Automios. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performing applications.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, or other frameworks.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for data storage and optimization.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) into the backend.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ensure application security and data protection best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve coding skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular is a plus).
• Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience in API development and third-party service integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
• Ability to write unit tests and perform debugging.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and server management.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js or Python.
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization techniques.
