Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with strong experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
and AWS cloud services, combined with expertise in Data Science, Python, PostgreSQL, and backend development.

This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership and project management skills to handle teams,
timelines, and stakeholder communication effectively.

Required Skills and Experience 

Technical Skills  
1. MERN Stack: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. 
2. AWS: Experience with core AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, etc.). 
3. Data Science: Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and data pipeline creation. 
4. Python Development: Strong experience in backend development and scripting. 
5. PostgreSQL: Expertise in relational databases, queries, and performance optimization. 
6. Backend/Microservices: Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and scalable solutions. 
7. Tools and Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline). 


Project Management Skills 
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager leading software development teams. 
2. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery. 
3. Strong skills in resource planning, team management, and conflict resolution. 
4. Effective stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities. 
5. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks efficiently. 


Educational Qualifications  
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
– Master’s degree is a plus. 
Relevant certifications:  
   – AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS Developer Associate. 
   – PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent project management certifications. 

Preferred Skills  
– Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment). 
– Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. 
– Familiarity with AI/ML models and their deployment pipelines. 
– Experience working with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery.
