About Us:

Automios is a rapidly growing IT startup dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master with a Computer Science/IT background to guide our development teams, improve Agile processes, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the development team’s progress.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint metrics and provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Familiarity with software development processes and IT project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferred IT Skills:

• Understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
