 About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior HR Professional to lead our Human Resources and Admin functions. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic hiring, establishing strong people practices, and managing day-to-day administrative operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive, and agile work culture.

 Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for various technical and business roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify future hiring needs
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build strong talent pipelines using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Own employer branding efforts and candidate experience

HR Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and compliance processes
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Set up and manage performance management, employee engagement, and feedback mechanisms
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide insights and reports to leadership for workforce planning and retention

Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee all facility and office management needs (vendor coordination, maintenance, supplies)
  • Handle procurement and inventory tracking of IT assets, office furniture, etc.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event management for company activities
  • Ensure office safety, security, and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and service providers

Qualifications:

  • MBA or PG in HR Management or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing IT company
  • Strong command over recruitment practices, HR operations, and Indian labor law compliance
  • Excellent people management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, recruitment platforms, and office productivity software
