All contractual terms are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time frame. Any changes to the functionality including features, improvements may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify your understanding in a face-to-face meeting.

By accepting a quote, you agree to all our project terms and conditions of Automios Technologies LLP. Acceptance can be by email approval or initiation, signing of quote.

Clients can review the work included in the requirements in the user acceptance/success criteria with our full guidance and their requirements.

Once the scope is set and the client deliberates with the final or specific solution they may or may not have, such details are not provided, and thus a discrepancy arises, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate changes. Thus, it is essential that you confirm every aspect of your website development or ensure that you have been updated in the agreement.

Any company’s website is a specific task that is looked at a balance and evaluated in the proposed but correct purpose. We expect good faith with a proposal or a client to be precise in terms of expectations. Any inaccuracy or uncertainty on our order or request requirement at the client's end from Automios Technologies.

There is no release on funds allocated to each task excluding project management and digital strategies/resources. A refusal, where charges may be inclusive within the allotted values.

Automios Technologies will initiate every effort to complete the project/changes and may incur additional costs.

Any delays in client work, may delay the project and the proposed timeframe does not attract additional charges.

Any bug work on already completed tasks will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.

Any modifications or completed during the development on the live/client operational site incur additional charges. Modifications made, new additions or edits on the same implementation or specifically below in the items the live/client operational site is liable for defects caused in by changes on the changes on the operational site.

Websites/applications, content/tool and technical metrics cannot be too revealed to us, within the first two weeks of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and technical metrics cannot be too top timeline execution isn't met.

For some automated emails and maintenance packages, we reserve the right to disable the hosting and all associated services or network installed emails and DNS records. Adjustment may the full year.

Automios Technologies is not responsible for any domain registration and hosting charged by any third party provider for those websites which are not under our server.

Depending upon the functionalities required, there may be 3rd party components such as Third Party Payment Gateways or SSL certificates involved in building a website/application. Any unforeseen limitations of 3rd party components are beyond our control. Any third-party component purchase costs are not included in our quotes.

Automios Technologies offer packages in coordination with third party providers. Changes to the third party provider rules and policies may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

Domain registration/renewal etc charges are not included as a part of any project/proposal unless mentioned otherwise. If required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the client.

Hosting charges are not included in the quotations unless mentioned otherwise. Automios Technologies organizes appropriate hosting solutions if required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the client.

If a hosting has been restored or disabled then all files, emails, databases, and backups will be deleted from the server without any notification to the client.

Automios Technologies builds and tests the websites/applications on our own servers or hosted domains. Automios Technologies cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the clients or any third party.

Automios Technologies' entire packages are in coordination with third-party providers. Changes to the third-party provider's rules and policies may ultimately affect our services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

Automios Technologies does not guarantee/warranty project timelines, added expenses and end results if SEO work is destroyed either wholly or in parts, either knowingly or unknowingly by any party other than the SEO himself or without the prior consultation/knowledge of the SEO.

Automios Technologies makes every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.

Any delays at client’s end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may incur additional costs.

All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is the client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.

All domain registrations and renewals are to be paid in advance.

Expiration of a domain can occur at a server's liquidation date loss of domain.

Automios Technologies will not be responsible if a domain expires due to non-payment / late payment of the charges. All payments must be made by seven working days before the expiry date.

It is the client’s responsibility to renew the domain on or before date.

All invoices are due, must be paid in full admin to receive the requested domain name.

Automios Technologies has the domain in a common pool account and therefore cannot give access to its domain control panel.

Automios Technologies offer packages in coordination with third-party providers. Changes to the third-party provider's rules and policies may ultimately affect our services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

Hosting is a service & charge which must be paid in advance for the value/year. Except if the client is under one of our Maintenance packages.

It is the client's responsibility to renew the hosting on time i.e., before the expiry date. Failure to renew in time can lead to loss of files, data, emails, backups etc. All unpaid hostings are disabled or deleted from the server.

All renewals must be paid by online model/gateway prior to the expiry date. Automios Technologies will not be responsible for issues related to delayed renewal.

Hosting are re-started and protocol for smooth, viruses, in third party control. Automios Technologies ensures best to our ability that our services are when our system is for environment.

Cancellation/Termination:

There is no white-listed assigning for any overriding risks our system over to data or security of a few says but then it settles down to its real place. This is known as a new site boost effect or Google Dance, and it is quite common to happen.

The behavior of any is not stable. Automios Technologies is not responsible for any loss due to non-renewal.

Cancellation/Termination:

Hosting Cancellation requests must be sent in writing, by email one month prior to the expiry of the same. Once the hosting has been renewed, it cannot be canceled and must be paid for the full year.

If the hosting is paid and our renewal prior will be the expiry date. We reserve the right to disable the hosting and all associated services including emails and DNS records. Additional charges will be applicable to re-enable the hosting. Automios Technologies will not be responsible for any loss of data, files, emails, backups, restoration costs etc.

Once all invoices are paid, it is the client's responsibility to request for the projects to be taken.

Automios Technologies (IN) is a proprietary brand of Automios Technologies. Automios Technologies owns copyrights of all codes written for any client unless arrangements are made prior to the start of the project. Automios Technologies warrants a license to use any custom-built software for the client, for their use only. This license is granted while paying for the hosting. Automios Technologies CMS cannot be transferred to any external host; this includes any access to the software codes.

Automios Technologies does give you proprietary CMS of Automios Technologies and cannot be transferred to us updated with their relevant email addresses.

Emails:

All refunds are to be terminated on the client's notice on periodically. Refund rules must be kept within two weeks terms. Provided all invoices are/were being cleared and on co-to-room and small other than for more than delivered.

Automios Technologies offer packages in coordination with third party providers. All rules and policies may affect our services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

Hosting are on shared and non-shared servers hosted via third-party providers. Automios Technologies ensures best to give ability that our services are also hosting are a result to website server errors or network to third-party control. Automios Technologies, however, we will not be held liable for any disruption or delays.

All digital marketing/strategy packages are for a minimum of 2 months period. Thereafter, cancel anytime with one clear month email notice.

Packages are designed with keeping in mind the Digital Marketing/strategy requirements of our clients. There are specific month-on-scheduled each month Website last the used or extra hrs, working, which means that although we don't formally transfer over any agreed times to the next month, we allow flexibility in good faith/carry over.

Payment terms:

Payable in full in advance prior. We strongly recommend our clients to have a direct debit setup for the same.

An administrative fee will be charged to the client's account for any late payments or declined credit card charges.

There are absolutely no refunds or any fees, back to the digital marketing/strategy packages.

Termination:

All digital marketing/strategy packages are for a minimum of 2 months period. Thereafter, cancel anytime with one clear month email notice.

Automios Technologies reserves the right to terminate at any time with written notice to the Client.

SEO is not a task to attain like a website development. It is an ongoing process. If you stop to do it and/or your website will eventually fall to end.

We never theorize.

SEO is only a never-ending process. It may take anywhere from 4 months to 6 months to see results depending upon the competition. Hence the minimum contracting term of interest or to remain at the rank or be corporate it will vary from your industry. Consequently, the time frame can offer from multiple factors.

No guarantee or rank, 1 ranking or guarantee top 10 ranking for any keyword/phrase as SEO has no control over search engine ranking algorithms and Google's SEO ranking algorithm.

No guarantee/warranty or consistent ranking.

Search engines can drop rankings for no clear or predictable reason. Often such rankings re-appear without any SEO efforts.

All drawings, releases, additions or removing any file, folder or subdomain as in web server including web documents, redirects, .htaccess file, settings, file, sitemap.xml, rss.xml, etc

• (xiv) The client first to educate himself about SEO.

Client Responsibility: It is essential that clients provide all necessary data (content, images, etc.) promptly to ensure the project progresses smoothly and effectively.

Project Delays Due to Client:

Impact on Timeline: Delays in providing required data will result in project delays.

Revised Timelines: Project timeline can be updated/extended to adjust to reflect the client's delays in providing data or approvals, which may be revised timelines. Project doesn't only depend/stem from to client time delayed.

Resource Flexibility: Project schedules are fixed and ensure a quality standard overlapped by subsequent projects. This penalty compensates for the increased workload and ensures we can deliver high-quality work assigned.

Commitment to Timely Data Sharing:

Request for Timely Submission: To avoid delays and penalties, clients are urged to share all required data within the committed timeline.
